

I’ve been working in the fitness and wellness industry since 2016, with professional training in personal training, nutrition, biomechanics, recovery science, breathwork, and academic study in exercise physiology.

I specialise in injury recovery and prevention, movement restoration, and programming informed by biomechanics and physiology.

As I move through life, I notice how common it is for people to accept the normalcy of living with chronic pain, poor posture, limited movement, excess weight, and declining energy. I see an opportunity for better guidance, better education, and better care.
